Earl Elliott, Don Humphrey, and Sue
Williamson were three people who's lives typified a "life
hid with Christ in God". They spent much of their lives
serving others and opening their lives to minister to people in
need. They truly understood God's love and the deep need for
people to live a life that reflects that love.
They are now home with the Lord and we
are blessed because of the lives they led and the heritage they
have left us. This heritage has led us to establish a small
group of our own, involving men who have committed themselves to a
deep relationship with each other. As a group, we have always
desired to have a positive impact in our community, which led us to
form our own not for profit organization called the Heritage
Classic Foundation.
Our hope is that all events we sponsor through
the Heritage Classic Foundation will encourage others to reflect on
the value of developing relationships that extend beyond our normal
everyday comfort zone. As
people step out in faith into those relationships, it is our prayer
that our community will be blessed, and the legacy our parents left
us will live on in tangible ways. We honor their memory through the Heritage Classic
Foundation, and hope that you will see how their love of God has
left an everlasting impression on our lives.
